Work with Vice President of Operations and central sales and marketing functions to develop and drive subscriber strategies for the market based on experiences in other markets and your own previous knowledge and experience.
Execute the market strategy to increase student adoption through marketing and other activities. Develop, build and manage relationships with local partners to identify engagement opportunities.
Work with the UConnection marketing intern team to coordinate the execution of the local marketing plan (making sure marketing has all of the information needed related to local events and activities). Work with the market events team to plan and manage events.
Work to build, train, supervise and develop a large field team; working on recruitment/HR/payroll. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marekting intern team to ensure strategy excellence.
Ownership of regular effectiveness reporting and generation of insights/recommendations. Track progress towards goals and generate monthly, and quarterly reports on performance.
